Yes. Syntroza PA is a responsive web application that works on desktop, laptop, tablet and phone. There is no separate app to install.
Notion is a toolkit you use to build your own system, which means designing the structure before you can start working. Syntroza PA arrives as a finished system with opinions already made: projects, tasks, money, people and waiting items are defined types with defined behaviour. You start using it on day one instead of building it for two weeks.
Those tools manage tasks. Syntroza PA also tracks the money you are owed and about to spend, the people involved in the work, and the commitments blocked on other people. It also separates work you can do from work you are waiting on, which a task-only tool cannot represent.
No, and it does not try to. Accounting software tells you what happened last quarter for tax and compliance. The Syntroza PA finance module is operational cash control: what money you can actually move now, what clients owe you, and what is about to leave your account. Keep your accountant.
Waiting For tracks work that is blocked on somebody else — a signed contract, a deposit, a quotation, an approval. These are not tasks because you cannot do them yourself, so Syntroza PA keeps them in their own module with the person, company, project and expected date. When that date passes, the item is automatically flagged so you know to chase it.

No. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat. You can invite your entire team to a workspace at no additional cost on either plan.
Yes, on Standard — a 3-day free trial of the complete product, with no payment card required to start. The Pro tier, which adds the AI layer, has no free trial and is not on sale yet: it takes your email address on the pricing page instead, and you are invited first when it opens.
Payments are handled by Paystack. You can pay by debit or credit card, or with M-Pesa. Payment details are entered on Paystack's own secure page and are never stored on Syntroza PA servers.
The US dollar figure is shown so the price is easy to compare internationally. The Syntroza PA Paystack account settles in Kenyan Shillings, so the charge itself is always made in KES: KES 903 per month for Standard and KES 3,225 for Pro. Yes. You can cancel from Settings in one click, with no notice period and no retention call. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Not yet. The AI reasoning layer — an AI-written daily briefing, natural-language questions answered by a language model, project risk detection, and analysis of your own documents — is in active development and is not live. Subscribing to Pro today locks your price at $25 per month and gives you each capability on the day it ships. If that is not worth it to you now, the $7 Standard plan is the complete product and upgrading later takes one click.
Ask PA is a natural-language command interface that works right now on every plan, without any AI. You can ask what is overdue, how a project is doing, what you are waiting for, or how your cash looks, and it answers from your live data. You can also tell it to create a task, project, note, idea, reminder or event, and it will show you exactly what it is about to do before doing it.
No. The Syntroza PA AI layer is designed to run a self-hosted model on your own server, so your projects, clients and financial records are never sent to a third-party model to be processed, logged or used for training.
No. Any action that creates, changes or deletes a record requires your explicit confirmation first. That rule lives in the shared layer beneath both the current command interpreter and the future AI engine, so it applies to the AI by construction rather than by policy.
No. Every record in Syntroza PA belongs to exactly one workspace, and the workspace is always derived from your authenticated session rather than from anything the browser sends. A workspace you do not belong to returns a not-found response, so it is not even possible to confirm that another workspace exists. The automated test suite attacks this from four angles on every change.
Yes. Create a workspace for each one. Workspaces are completely isolated from each other and you switch between them from the top bar. Each has its own currency, timezone and members.
Yes. Syntroza PA ships with a Docker Compose stack — PostgreSQL, the Django API, the Next.js frontend and Nginx — sized to run comfortably on a modest virtual private server.
Yes. Your data is yours. Every record is available through the REST API on both plans, and self-hosted installations have direct access to the PostgreSQL database.
Your workspace and its data are retained after cancellation so you can export them or resubscribe. Contact support if you would like your account and data permanently deleted.
